How do I make a standard dental appointment?

For children

Children are offered treatment through their school in a Dental Clinic or Mobile Dental Van onsite or alternate clinic. When you are notified that the dental service will be attending your child's school you can complete the school dental appointment form, or collect a form from the school office.

If you would like your child to be seen outside of the regular treatment clinics, complete and submit the school dental appointment form. The dental facility will contact you to arrange an appointment.

For more information contact us on 1300 763 246 between 8am and 3pm Monday to Friday.
