Community Reference Groups

Ipswich | Fassifern | Lockyer Valley | Somerset | Springfield / Ripley

Community Reference Groups are located in Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Somerset and the Fassifern region with a new group starting in Springfield/Ripley in 2018. Community Reference Groups meet quarterly with West Moreton Health in their local communities.

Membership for the Community Reference Groups are reflective of the local community with group members having good community connections, coming from diverse backgrounds and experiences as well as having an interest in West Moreton Health services.

During group meetings members share their experiences with the West Moreton Health service to help shape service design, inform the development of consumer-friendly documents and brochures as well as share information about their local community’s health needs.
