West Moreton Health (WMH) is committed to partnering with the community to improve the services we provide. The WMH Strategic Plan is a four-year strategy which defines our direction and our actions for the immediate future.

Hearing the voices of young people living in the community is important to planning for the future. We would like people aged 15 to 25 years of age, to participate in a once-off workshop, to help inform the next WMH Strategic Plan.

This is not only an opportunity for young people to have their voices heard, but also a great opportunity to get involved with helping to improve our health services for young people and get some additional experience for your resume.

This workshop will engage young people to help identify some of the health challenges they face, and some of the key causes of poor health for young people and potential solutions. This is a great opportunity to get involved.
