West Moreton Health participates in the Queensland Health Statewide Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs).
What are PREMs?
PREMs are a once-off capture of a patient's perception of what happened during their health care visit and views about their hospital experience, as well as their satisfaction with our health service. Patients' feedback will be used to help identify and prioritise areas for improvement.
How does PREMs work?
Patients will be invited to participate in the online survey about their recent experience with the care they received at our hospital.
Queensland Health will automatically contact patients via SMS or email two days after discharge from our health system.
Patients will be included if they were:
- inpatients of a participating hospital
- discharged on or after the commencement of the survey period for their hospital.
Taking part in the surveys is voluntary. Your hospital care and treatment will not be affected if you choose not to participate.
For more information visit the patient reported experience and outcome measures page.
Thank you to our patients and carers for your valuable feedback. We review your feedback on a regular basis which enables us to improve how we delivery services. Below is a summary of the most recent survey results.
