West Moreton Health participates in the Queensland Health Statewide Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs).
What are PREMs?
PREMs are a once-off capture of a patient's perception of what happened during their health care visit and views about their hospital experience, as well as their satisfaction with our health service. Patients' feedback will be used to help identify and prioritise areas for improvement.
How do PREMs work?
Patients will be invited to participate in the online survey about their recent experience with the care they received at our hospital.
Queensland Health will automatically contact patients via SMS or email after being discharged from our health system.
Patients will be included if they were:
- inpatients of a participating hospital
- discharged on or after the commencement of the survey period for their hospital.
Taking part in the surveys is voluntary. Your hospital care and treatment will not be affected if you choose not to participate.
For any other questions or assistance in completing the surveys, please contact 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84).
