This roadmap is informed by our local operating environment, our committed infrastructure projects, wider funding and operating considerations.
This roadmap outlines key strategic actions to address the unmet needs identified in the Joint Regional Area Needs Assessment 2025-28, and address key strategic directives from the West Moreton Health Strategic Plan 2025-29 and Queensland Health more broadly.
This plan outlines key actions aligned with three pillars for clinical services development:
- optimisation and transformation of existing resources
- integrated planning and commissioning for service uplift
- infrastructure (enabler).
