The Darling Downs and West Moreton Joint Regional Needs Assessment 2025-28 [PDF 11493.48 KB], was developed in partnership with Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN, Darling Down Health and West Moreton Health.
It will be used to inform and implement local strategic directions, health service planning initiatives, models of care review and service redesign.
More broadly, the Queensland Department of Health will collate the needs for each Hospital and Health Service into a statewide summary to identify system-wide priorities for Queensland.
