We provide general and emergency dental care with no out-of-pocket expenses to eligible patients. We provide oral health services throughout the West Moreton region at hospitals, community clinics and schools.
Eligibility
Children
- All 4 years old or older who have not completed Year 10
- 0 to 3 years old
Child or parent must have a current Centrelink issued Healthcare or Pension Concession Card - 2 to 17 years old
Medicare eligible and who receive, or are part of a family who receives, a relevant Australian Government payment, such as Family Tax Benefit A, at any point in the calendar year. The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) benefit can also be used to access oral health care.
Adult
Must have one of the following:
- Pensioner Concession Card issued by DVA or Centrelink
- Healthcare Card
- Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
- Queensland Seniors Card.
