Raise health service concerns
The CLO team will work with you and the treating team to resolve complaints. This will include:
- Sharing your specific feedback concerns with the treating team, including the outcome you are seeking
- Working with the treating team to review your concerns and determine the best way to respond to your feedback
- Helping the treating team to provide you with a response.
The CLO team also records all feedback so that West Moreton Health can identify areas for improvement.
